Brother printer how to reset the drum so it doesn t say need to be replaced. Changed the toner in my brother mfc7860dw printer and it keeps telling me to replace the toner?. Is there any danger to the printer/fax/copier if i use a replacement toner instead of the original brother toner?. My pgbk cartridge in my printer does not print at all, even though the printer recognises that the cartridge is full and correctly installed. Brother printer hl 22 drum error troble sutting. If it doesn`t, then turn it off for a few seconds and back on again. Close the front cover and wait about 10 seconds for the printer to run through its startup checks. At the end of that sequence, the red error light should be on or flashing.Ħ. You may or may not see the error lights flash. Press the switch 6 times, then wait about 5 seconds. You may or may not see the error lights flash.ĥ. Press the switch 2 times, then wait about 5 seconds.
